About the Job

ELNE Elektrotechnik GmbH has been active since the late 1980s in Hallein, producing and distributing electrical components for wiring in control cabinet construction. Our main clients include industry, wholesale, and control panel construction companies.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic employee (m/f/d) to support us immediately. A completed education is not mandatory.

We offer appropriate compensation with overpayment depending on your level of expertise. We are typically closed on bridge days, and there is no company vacation except around the turn of the year.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assisting in production across various departments (stamping, drilling, sawing, printing, assembly, goods receipt, shipping)
Processing orders according to instructions
Operating machines after training
Participating in material flow and order picking
Complying with occupational safety regulations
Communicating with the production management
Qualification and training requirements
Production experience
Ability to work independently
Solution-oriented
Good German language skills
Good communication skills
Team player
Forklift license

Working Hours

38.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday from 7:15 am to 4:30 pm / Friday from 7:15 am to 12:00 pm
Coffee break from 9:00 am to 9:15 am / Lunch break from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm

Compensation

According to Wage Group VI KV Metal, EUR 2,424.45 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
